ColumbusOhioBuilders.com was created by the Pedela New Homes Division to
serve as a starting resource for those interested in buying a new home. The
Central Ohio new home industry, communities, and builders are very dynamic
in the way they change every day. We are in continuous contact with area
builders to provide our clients with the expert information they need to
make the important decisions about their new home. We keep track of more
than 60 builders in the Columbus area and more than 300 new home communities
with dozens more in the planning stages.
Scott Pedela is the founder of the Pedela New Homes Division and has been a
resident of the Columbus area for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of
The Ohio State University College of Business where he earned his degree in
Business Administration focused in Marketing.
Scott is a licensed RealtorŪ, a Certified New Home Sales Professional(CSP)
and has earned the prestigious New Home Specialist designation. Scott also
serves on the Columbus Board of Realtors Builder/RealtorŪ Alliance Committee
and is a member of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio(BIA),
the Ohio Home Builders Association(OHBA), and the National Association of
Home Builders(NAHB).
